FlyBy Viagens does not reschedule flights in voluntary changes or transfer of ticket ownership. If the customer is unable to fly on the date and/or time of the purchased ticket, it is necessary to cancel it, subject to the fines set out on our website, as shown below:

  •  International flights: Refund of 10% of the amount paid for the fare. (90% fine)
  •  Domestic flights: 10% refund of the amount paid for the fare. (90% fine)

To cancel, proceed as follows:

  •  Send an email to quotações@flybyviagens.com.br detailing the locator code and the intention to cancel the airline ticket OR
  •  Call the call center to proceed with the request (tel: +55 11 3078-6945) OR
  •  Send a Whatsapp to +55 11 98830-4198 with the cancellation request.
 
Cancellation/Refund

To request the cancellation of a ticket, the paying holder must contact FlyBy Viagens via one of the following service methods, up to 5 (five) hours before flight departure, respecting FlyBy Viagens' opening hours: Monday- Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 8 pm, except holidays.

  •  Send an email to quotações@flybyviagens.com.br detailing the locator code and the intention to cancel the airline ticket OR
  •  Call the call center to proceed with the request (tel: +55 11 3078-6945) OR
  •  Send a Whatsapp to +55 11 98830-4198 with the cancellation request.

The net refund amount is equal to the total amount paid for the ticket(s) = (fare + fees), subtracted from the amount of the fine charged.

ATTENTION: Refund requests due to the Covid-19 pandemic, in accordance with Provisional Measure 1,036, published by the Federal Government, must be provided by FlyBy Viagens to customers as credit at the agency. The credit request must be made up to 5 (five) hours before the departure time of the first purchased flight, via the call center at +55 11 3078-6945, respecting the opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 10am to 8pm, except holidays.

This credit can be used until December 2022, and must guarantee the full amount paid by the customer at the time of its initial issuance.
